Payment Methods
Available payment options are displayed at checkout and may include major credit or debit cards and supported accelerated payment services. Availability varies by location, currency, device, and provider.
Authorization
Submitting an order authorizes the displayed total, including applicable products, shipping, taxes, and duties shown at checkout. A pending authorization may appear before final completion.
Currency and Fees
Your bank may charge currency-conversion, international, or other fees. These are controlled by the provider and are not charged or refunded by Javenora.
Verification
Orders may be reviewed for payment verification and fraud prevention. We may request information, limit quantities, reject, or cancel transactions that cannot be verified.
Secure Processing
Payments are processed through third-party providers using their security measures. We do not directly store complete payment card numbers or card security codes. Customers should protect their devices and credentials.
Errors and Duplicate Charges
We may correct pricing or availability errors before fulfillment. If two completed charges remain, contact service@javenora.com with screenshots that conceal full card information.
