30-Day Window
Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Contact us before sending anything back and wait for written instructions.
Eligible Condition
Except for verified defects, products must be unused, uninstalled, clean, complete, and in resalable condition with original packaging, manuals, labels, inserts, accessories, and gifts. Food, liquid, cosmetic, dust, odor, heat, scratch, or usage residue may make a product ineligible.
Non-Returnable Items
Used, altered, disassembled, repaired, damaged after delivery, incomplete, final-sale, personalized, or hazardous-to-ship items may be ineligible, except where law requires otherwise. Hygiene-sensitive appliance parts may be restricted once opened or used.
Damage or Defect
Notify service@javenora.com within 7 calendar days with order details and photos or video. Do not continue operating a potentially unsafe appliance or attempt unauthorized repair. We may request troubleshooting or additional evidence.
Return Steps
- Email service@javenora.com within the applicable period.
- Provide the order number, reason, and evidence.
- Wait for approval and the correct return address.
- Remove liquids, food, batteries where instructed, and personal data; clean and pack securely.
- Use trackable shipping and retain the receipt.
Do not ship to the company address unless specifically instructed.
Shipping and Fees
Customers generally pay return shipping for preference, compatibility, voltage, plug, size, or change-of-mind returns. Verified incorrect, transit-damaged, or defective products receive the applicable remedy. No restocking fee is charged for approved eligible returns.
Refund Timing
After an approved return is received and inspected, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your financial institution may need additional posting time.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Direct exchange may not always be available. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing begins; shipped orders follow the return procedure.
